Other than a few minor modifications to windows and an additional garage door opening into my back yard my contractor followed these plans to the letter. Our California Garage Building Plans are prescriptively compliant with the 2007 California Building Code (CBC) for seismic "D" category - costly seismic engineering is not required for these plans (except in LA County, and a few other areas which have requirements beyond the CBC code). Behm Design plans can be returned for full refund if not useable in your locations - please call for information)

This group of plans includes schematic electrical layout for basic outlets, lighting and switch, which is required in California.
